Keno Kozie and Gloor Law Group Sign Law Firm Help Desk Outsourcing Agreement

Keno Kozie Associates, Ltd. (Keno Kozie Associates) has announced that it has entered into an agreement with the Gloor Law Group for the provision of Help Desk and IT support services for the recently-formed law firm. Keno Kozie will provide Call Center support through its Chicago and Orlando offices as well as on-site engineering, end-user training and system monitoring services.

Keno Kozie Associates completed the design and implementation of the Gloor Law Group’s entire IT infrastructure when the firm announced its formation in early 2006. The new environment includes Interwoven WorkSite document management, Summation iBlaze litigation support and Juris legal accounting as well as other law firm productivity applications. Keno Kozie’s Engineering, Training and Help Desk departments will support all applications at the firm.

Keno Kozie Associates has been providing System Integration, Training, Support, Consulting and Law Firm Help Desk services for leading law firms and legal departments since 1988. They have partnerships with software and hardware providers such as Interwoven (iManage), Summation and Microsoft for support and enhancement of the legal market.
